Protein powder: I in most cases use a good vanilla whey protein powder, however you'll be able to use a plant based totally one too! Chocolate can be delicious FOR SURE.

Mint leaves: This is what provides the smoothie that minty taste all of us love. If you don’t have mint leaves, you'll be able to sub 1/8-1/4 teaspoon of mint extract. Trust me, you gained’t need any further than that!

Cacao nibs: I recently picked up some nibs at the grocery retailer and have been totally in love with them ever since. They have a deep, roasted taste and are regarded as to be nature’s chocolate chips because they are comprised of natural cacao beans. They are an excellent source of antioxidants, fiber and iron. Oh and do you know that they're actually one in all nature’s richest nutritional sources of magnesium? (source: Navita’s Naturals)

Note about the Cacao nibs: You can get them organized online here, or you'll usually find them at a fitness foods retailer similar to Whole Foods.
