Spicy tuna melts filled with amazing taste and a kick of heat from jalapeño & your favorite hot sauce. This simple, spicy tuna melt recipe is topped with melted sharp cheddar for the perfect, savory lunch or dinner that's full of protein!

  • 1 (Five ounce) can yellowfin tuna, drained (I like to use tuna that’s packed in olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced inexperienced onion
  • 2 tablespoons diced jalapeno
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt (or sub mayo)
  • 1 teaspoon grainy dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sizzling sauce
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper, to style
