Spicy Glazed Maple Salmon for two makes the easiest weeknight dinner. All you wish to have is 20 mins to make this healthy meal. Serve with sweet potato fries and veggies, or a wonderful kale and brussels sprouts salad!

  • 2 - 6 oz. wild salmon filets (12 oz general)
  • 1 tablespoon natural maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon decreased sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the glaze from burning. Place salmon filets 2 inches apart on parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, dijon mustard, chili powder, cayenne pepper and garlic. Pour or generously brush the glaze over the salmon, booking 1 tablespoon for glazing as soon as salmon is done. Bake for 15-20 minutes or till salmon is done and flakes with a fork. For each inch of salmon filet thickness, you’ll want to bake for quarter-hour. Usually 18 mins is absolute best for me.

  3. Once salmon is done baking, take away from oven and pour last glaze on most sensible. Enjoy! Serves 2.
