HERE IT IS! Finally the fantastic healthy cookie dough fudge recipe you’ve all been looking forward to. Sorry it took me goodbye to get it to you but I promise it was worth the wait. I’ve identified that I sought after to make a cookie dough fudge for reasonably someday.

A few years in the past I tested a wholesome layered peanut butter chocolate freezer fudge that tasted like a peanut butter cup. Now I bring you NO BAKE COOKIE DOUGH FUDGE. The best part? It’s low carb, low sugar, gluten loose, dairy loose, nut loose and SO DAMN GOOD.

This recipe calls for my loved tahini, which is principally the trendiest new spread on the block. Tahini is constructed from ground sesame seeds and normally found in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean culture; regularly it is used in hummus, spreads and dips or even as a finishing drizzle. I was obsessed once I visited the middle east a few years ago and haven’t stopped dreaming about it since. Anyone else a tahini lover?!

If you haven’t tried it but, you could be questioning what tahini tastes like. I might describe it as earthy, relatively bitter with sweet notes and OH SO CREAMY. I really like the texture, taste and how it can pair with nearly ANY dish with no need an overwhelming taste. *DRIZZLES ON LIFE*

At first I thought about using cashew butter on this wholesome cookie dough fudge for a milder flavor, but then I realized how a lot better (and what sort of more addicting) it tasted with tahini. Just trust me in this one. You’re going to fall in LOVE.

Let’s chat elements!

Tahini. I love to buy mine at Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s. I find that it’s inexpensive there and has an ideal consistency. Amazon has great choices too!

Coconut Oil. The coconut oil is the secret to making this recipe so fudgy and wonderful. In the freezer it is helping the tahini to harden fairly, however now not overly so.

Pure Maple Syrup. I really like using just a contact of natural maple syrup as a result of not best is it nutritious however it also helps to keep these vegan.

Salt. We’re all about the sweet and salty treats. The salt on best is AMAZING. Here’s the salt I use.

All it's important to do is mix everything in a bowl. Pour it right into a container, stick it in the freezer, then wait until it hardens and experience! Note: The fudge does soften briefly, so be sure to stay it in the freezer and take it out right prior to you’re about to eat it.
