Double Chocolate Paleo Banana Bread Bars

Incredible double chocolate paleo banana bread bars made with almond and coconut flour. This no sugar added treat handiest takes 30 minutes from start to finish and tastes AMAZING!
- 3 medium overripe bananas (1 1/4 cup mashed banana - the ones with a variety of brown spots are highest)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup packed blanched effective almond flour
- 1/3 cup packed coconut flour
- 1/2 cup top of the range cocoa powder (see recipe notes underneath)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, dairy free if desired
- For topping:
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (dairy loose, if desired)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Preheat oven to 350 levels Spray an 8x8 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

Add bananas, eggs and vanilla to a blender and blend till clean.

In a big bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Gently fold in rainy mixture and stir until smartly combined. Next stir in chocolate chunks, reserving a few tablespoons.

Spread batter flippantly into ready pan and sprinkle ultimate chocolate chunks on best. Bake for 18-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out blank. Once executed baking, transfer pan to a wire rack to cool for 20 minutes ahead of cutting into 12 bars.
To make the chocolate drizzle: Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small saucepan and position over low warmth. Stir regularly until melted then drizzle over bars.
To make vegan: Instead eggs, exchange with flax eggs. Also make sure you use a vegan chocolate bar.
I continuously use Trader Joe's Cocoa powder, but Ghriradelli's Unsweetened Cocoa powder is some other favourite. Another favourite is Dagoba's natural cacao powder. If you employ cacao powder, most effective use 1/Three cup.
