  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated (or sub ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon dijon for a little bit zing
  • 2-3 tablespoons warm water, to skinny out a bit of
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly floor black pepper
  • Optional: 1-2 teaspoons natural maple syrup to sweeten somewhat
